Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you buy a fixed-price package on this website from Venture 33 Pty Ltd trading as V33 AI (ABN 18 700 354 132) (“we”, “us”). They sit alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Custom work is covered by a separate written proposal.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, including that they will be provided with due care and skill and be fit for any purpose you make known to us. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

Packages and prices

• Each package's inclusions, exclusions and usage allowance are described on its page at the time you buy. That description forms part of these terms.
• All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Stripe emails a receipt for every payment, and we can provide a tax invoice on request.
• For monthly packages, you pay the one-off setup fee and the first month at checkout. The monthly fee is then charged on the same date each month.
• Usage allowances (such as conversations, messages or call minutes) are fair-use limits. If you regularly exceed one, we'll talk to you about an upgrade before charging anything extra.
• Third-party costs you choose to add (such as a new phone number with your provider or software licences) aren't included unless the package page says so.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. If a monthly payment fails, Stripe will retry it; if it can't be collected we may pause the service after letting you know.

Onboarding and delivery

• After paying, please complete the onboarding form so we can start. Delivery times on package pages start once we have the information and access we need.
• We'll send the setup to you to review. Nothing customer-facing goes live until you approve it.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for having the right to use any content, phone numbers or accounts you connect.
• If we find during onboarding that a package can't work with your systems, we'll tell you and offer an alternative or a full refund.

How AI features work

AI assistants answer from the information you approve and can still make mistakes. They identify themselves as automated, aren't a substitute for professional advice, and must not be relied on for emergencies — urgent callers or users are directed to a person or emergency number you nominate. Please review conversations and let us know about anything that needs correcting.

Cancelling a monthly package

You can cancel any time by emailing hello@v33ai.com.au. The service stops at the end of the billing month you cancel in, and you won't be charged again. There's no lock-in contract or cancellation fee.

Refunds

• If you change your mind before we start setting up, we'll refund the setup fee and first month in full.
• Once setup has started, change-of-mind refunds aren't available, but your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply if something goes wrong.
• If we can't deliver what the package page describes, we'll fix it, or refund you for the part we couldn't deliver.
• For one-off training, you can reschedule free of charge with at least 2 business days' notice.

Your information

We handle information you give us, and information processed by the systems we set up for you, in line with our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for telling your own customers how you use AI tools where the law requires it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, and except for the consumer guarantees above, our liability for a package is limited to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again. We aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms for future purchases; changes won't affect a package you've already bought without your agreement. These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Questions? Email hello@v33ai.com.au.
