Privacy Policy

Last updated: 16 October 2026

Venture 33 Pty Ltd trading as V33 AI (ABN 18 700 354 132) (“we”, “us”) is committed to handling personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Enquiry details you submit: name, business name, business email, business type, the challenge you describe, and optionally phone number, website and preferred contact time.
  • Consent records: that you agreed to be contacted, whether you opted in to occasional emails, and when.
  • Attribution information: how you found us (for example campaign parameters such as utm_source, advertising click identifiers, the landing page and referring website). We do not record your full browsing history.
  • Usage information, if you consent to analytics cookies: pages viewed and interactions such as starting a demo, collected via Google Analytics.
  • Demo messages: the interactive demo uses fictional businesses. Guided mode runs in your browser. If you use Live AI mode, the messages you type are sent to our AI provider to generate a reply and are not stored by us. Please don't enter real personal information into the demo.

Why we collect it

  • To respond to your enquiry and arrange a discovery call.
  • To prepare proposals and provide services you request.
  • To understand which marketing channels are effective (using aggregated, non-identifying analytics).
  • To send occasional automation tips — only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We do not sell personal information. We do not send personal information such as your name or email to analytics or advertising platforms.

Service providers and overseas disclosure

We use trusted providers to operate this website. Some store or process data outside Australia:

  • Google Cloud / Firebase — hosting and secure database storage. Enquiry data is stored in Google Cloud's Sydney region (australia-southeast1).
  • Resend — transactional email delivery (United States).
  • Calendly or Cal.com — discovery call scheduling, if you book online (United States/EU).
  • Google Analytics and Google Ads; Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — analytics and ad measurement, only with your consent.
  • OpenAI — generates replies in the optional Live AI demo (United States).

We take reasonable steps to ensure these providers handle information consistently with the APPs.

Cookies and tracking

Essential cookies and local storage keep the site and forms working, remember your privacy choices and record how you arrived (for example a campaign link). Analytics and advertising cookies are only used if you allow them. Google tags load in a restricted “consent denied” mode until you choose; the Meta Pixel does not load at all without your consent. You can change your choices any time via “Cookie preferences” in the footer.

Security and retention

Enquiry data is stored in an access-controlled database that cannot be read from the public website. Only authorised staff can view it, using authenticated accounts. We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months after our last contact unless we have an ongoing business relationship or a legal reason to keep them longer, then delete them.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to access or correct your personal information, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@v33ai.com.au. If you have a privacy concern, contact us first and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
