    We set it up and send it to you to check. Nothing goes live until you approve it.

  4. Go live

    We switch it on and keep an eye on it. Monthly plans include monitoring and small updates.

Buying online

Do I need a consultation before buying?

No. These packages have a fixed scope and price, so you can buy online. After you pay, you'll fill in a short onboarding form and we'll confirm the plan within one business day.

What happens after I pay?

You get a confirmation email and a link to a 3-minute onboarding form. We set everything up, send it to you to review and approve, and it goes live once you're happy.

Are prices inclusive of GST?

Yes. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Stripe emails you a receipt for every payment.

Can I cancel the monthly plan?

Yes, any time. Email us and it stops at the end of the current billing month. There's no lock-in contract.

What if I change my mind?

If you cancel before we start setting things up, we'll refund the setup fee in full. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply. See our Terms of Sale for details.

Can I buy more than one package, or get something custom?

Yes. If you'd like a combination of packages, something tailored, or you're not sure what fits, book a free 15-minute call and we'll put together a package price.
